CEB disseminates the culture of the certification of intangible assets so that they find their place in the available assets of the company, and do not remain “in Plato’s hyper-uranic world”.
CEB’s Research and Development sector represents an excellence at the service of the company that supports the culture and the application of the European principles in terms of company’s financial statement, favouring the accounting harmonization process and the role of the IAS/IFRS international accounting standards. For financial statement information to be one of the elements supporting users for making economic decisions from an international perspective, it is necessary that they will be intelligible to potential recipients, regardless of the country they belong to.
Conscious that with the legislative decree 38/2005 the Italian Legislator has granted the right to all companies, except for those who prepare the simplified financial statement, to adopt international standards for the preparation of their financial statements in order to provide information on the financial position, the economic result and the cash flows of an enterprise, which are essential for the various users in the economic decision-making process. The specificity of the data and information required could induce SMEs to improve their monitoring processes of the critical areas that characterize the management of the company.
The knowledge of the tools offered by the certification of the value of intangible assets and their concrete benefits, favours the use of a more dynamic business activity in all economic sectors to the benefit of a healthier and more competitive industrial and social system.
